Fig. 3. K10 and filagrin expression in the epidermis of K14–LMP2A transgenic mice. K10 expression was detected in the spinosum and granulosum layers, while filagrin expression was limited to the corneum and granulosum layers. There was no difference in the expression pattern of these two markers of epidermal differentiation when the K14–LMP2A transgenic lines were compared to the wild-type littermate controls.
