Fig. 6. Effect of GM-CSF on antibody responses against FMDV after DNA vaccination. Pigs were injected with pcDNA3.1/P1–2A3C3D () or pcDNA3.1/P1–2A3C3D plus pcDNA3/GM-CSF (). Antibody responses to FMDV were compared on day 0 and on days 17, 28 and 56 after DNA vaccination (first, second and third injections, respectively). Results are expressed as mean absorbance values of eight animals in each group. Statistical analysis of the results was done with Student's t-test. Probabilities (p) are indicated for each time-point.
